  Hi, I'm Tommy Shine, CEO/Founder of Virginia Local Music.  I have been playing guitar for almost 20 years and always welcome the opportunity to play with the awesome musicians here in Virginia.  You can find me from time to time at one of the many open mic night in the Hampton Roads area.  I look forward to seeing you around!
